The targets set by the Study Programme are achieved through three interconnected levels of learning, on the basis of a dynamic connection between education theory and teaching practice. These three levels include three study cycles, which represent the three dimensions of a teacher’s dynamic role.
In particular:
The first cycle offers general education knowledge that every student of the Department of Primary Education should acquire by studying the wider discipline of Education Sciences.
The second cycle is about training students in subjects of Teaching.
The third cycle is about specializations, focusing on those taught at primary schools.
Compulsory minimum period of study: eight (8) semesters.
